EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) can help you to move forward to a place where you can thrive rather than just survive. Joy is our natural birthright and for too long many people have been in a place of surviving rather than thriving. My experience of EFT is that it can bring about this change on a deep level allowing you to live a fulfilling, joyful life with less struggle and stress. Your issues can be the result of a one-time event, more often our issues started at one point and have been reinforced, compounded and lived out for many years. EFT works deeply and sometimes relatively quickly. Other times we clear and heal gently layer by layer. Throughout the process, my ultimate aim is for you to feel safe, supported and accepted for who you are at this time.
I work with people experiencing stress or anxiety either due to something currently going on or something that happened in the past and help to bring more peace and happiness to their lives. Ultimately if something is holding you back I want to help you so that can change. The result is the possibility to feel freer and to move forward in your life.
EFT is a simple and profoundly effective set of techniques and is effective in addressing physical illness, emotional issues, stress, anxiety, fears and phobias. It can be used to release beliefs we hold about ourselves which hold us back. These include deep core beliefs such as “I’m not good enough”, “I don’t deserve….” or “I am not loveable”.
EFT operates on the understanding that no matter what part of your life needs healing there are underlying emotional issues. Even when an issue is physical in nature, emotional stress held in your body can impede the body’s natural healing ability. The more you heal and resolve emotional issues the more peace and flow can enter your life.
